Pansat 2500A Help

Three questions...... My pansat locked up after using the loaders, frozen on "F", seeing that memory full I will have to jtag, correct??
If so I'm looking at ditching it and going with a viewsat. I do not know which one to get???
Viewsat Xtreme, Viewsat Ultra Lite, Viewsat Ultra V2,...
